About the Conference

The fourth annual “Big Data” conference features more than two dozen experts who will discuss the railroad industry’s need for effective, practical maintenance planning, helping you understand the latest techniques for gathering, analyzing, and efficiently converting the “mountain” of complex data (a.k.a. “Big Data”) into usable information for optimizing capital maintenance programs.

We are pleased to announce the keynote speaker will be Wick Moorman, President of Amtrak.

In just 1.5 days, you will learn from technical talks delivered by some of the top leaders in the railroad industry and related government agencies. Technical talks will be divided into these topical sessions:

  • Railroad Needs from “Big Data”
  • “Big Data” Applications and Case Studies
  • “Big Data” Applications and International Case Studies
  • “Big Data” Analysis Theory and Techniques
